Description	To be used frequently to burnish the edge and restore peak sharpness on already honed knives. MFR # 61900. Round, 10" length x 7/16" diameter with tapered point. Made from high-carbon chrome vanadium steel. High-impact polypropylene handle which is fully inserted in the injection molding process to provide a perfect seal between the steel and the handle. Stainless steel hanging ring.
