Removes grease, soot, tar and other accumulations from smokehouse walls, floors and ceilings.
• With a pH of > 12.5 and caustic formulation, it offers the performance of traditional caustic oven, grill, and smokehouse cleaners, but is non-corrosive to skin, odorless, biodegradable, and ships DOT non-hazardous.
• The thickened formula sticks to vertical surfaces, to allow for longer dwell time and better cleaning.
• Highly effective on grease, fats, oils, carbon, dirt, and baked-on deposits on food prep and cooking surfaces such as ovens, grills, deep fryers, smokehouses, and meat curers.
