• Retractable shelf can hold 18" x 26" or 9" x 26" platters or pans.
• Holds up to 6 platters. Sold separately.
• Base is constructed of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x .070" wall tubing.
Top framework is constructed of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x .070" wall tubing. Angle runners are constructed out of 1-1/4" x 1-5/8" x .100" angle.
• The top and retractable shelf are constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel.
• Top has built-in I-beam constructed of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" wall tubing, down center of unit for extra support.
