Rails:
• Rails are waterjet cut using T1 Steel: this increases strength and improves wear resistance.
• Waterjet cutting allows an increase in the amount of material under the gate pocket.

• Waterjet cutting allows accurate duplication of parts.
• Heavier Gates – increased gate dimension due to cut-
ting the parts out of plate steel instead of using standard
2-1/2" meat rail.

Bridge/Uprights:
• 1" x 2-1/2" upright dimension.
• Uprights clock into rail for accurate line up and stronger
welds - allows weld on both sides of rail - industry

– Wider bolt pattern increases strength.
– Lower flange design places bolts below beam. – Flange design gives clean welding surface.
