THERMOMETER CALIBRATION
In order to be in compliance with HACCP regulations we recommend the following thermometers be cali- brated or calibration verified. Please follow the manu- facturers procedures when calibrating all thermometers. Accuracy will be improved when calibrating to a temperature close to that measured. Always calibrate using a known temperature source (NIST traceable certified thermometer or instrument). Calibration should be performed on a regular basis as indicated below.
