Description	Certified precision instrument used to calibrate both digital and bi-metal thermometers. Glass body with gradations and numbers that will not fade or scratch. Yellow back for easy reading. NIST traceable certificate of calibration with each thermometer. Range is 0-degrees to 230-degrees F. 12-inch length. Mercury version of this thermometer is also available. It is encapsulated with Teflon to contain the mercury in case of breakage, making it safe for use around food.
